fa مقایسه رابطه بین سبک‌های تفکر و پنج رگه شخصیتی با خودکارآمدی در پرستاران بخش‌های کرونا و پرستاران سایر بخش‌ها (غیرکرونایی) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong>مقدمه: </strong></span><span style="font-size:12pt">در 30 ژانویه 2020، سازمان بهداشت جهانی با انتشار بیانیه‌ای شیوع کووید-19 را یک وضعیت اضطراری بهداشت عمومی نه‌تنها برای چین، بلکه به‌عنوان تهدیدی برای سلامت تمام جهان اعلام کرد. در این میان، پرستاران نقش مهمی در ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دارند.</span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong>روش کار</strong></span><span style="font-size:12pt">: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیۀ پرستاران در دو بیمارستان</span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri"> </span></span><span style="font-size:12pt">شهید رحیمی و شهدای عشایر شهر خرم‌آباد بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی نسبی، حجم نمونه 310 نفر و با احتمال ریزش 330 نفر و سپس 312 نفر به تفکیک 160 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های کرونا و 152 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های غیرکرونا بود که وارد مطالعه شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سبک‌های تفکر استرنبرگ و واگنر، پنج رگه شخصیتی کاستا و مک کری و</span><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri"> </span></span><span style="font-size:12pt">خودکارآمدی شرر استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و با روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه و آزمون t تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.&nbsp;</span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong></span><span style="font-size:12pt">: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بین تمام سبک‌های تفکر و همه پنج رگه شخصیتی با خودکارآمدی در پرستاران بخش‌های کرونا و پرستاران سایر بخش‌ها (غیرکرونایی) رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. هم‌چنین، از متغیر سبک‌های تفکر، سبک تفکر جزئی، آنارشیست و قضایی و از متغیر پنج رگه شخصیتی، همه موارد به‌جز مقبولیت، در پیش‌بینی خودکارآمدی پرستاران سهیم بودند. درنهایت یافته‌ها نشان داد که پرستاران بخش‌های کرونا و پرستاران بخش‌های غیر کرونا در هیچ‌یک از متغیرها تفاوت معنادار ندارند.</span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span><span style="font-size:12pt"> با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که سبک‌های تفکر و پنج رگه شخصیتی نقش مؤثری در خودکارآمدی پرستاران دارند.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.7999999999999998; text-align:justify; background-color:#ffffff"><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"><span style="font-weight:700">Introduction:</span></span><span style="font-size:11pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"><span style="font-family:Calibri"> </span></span><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap">On January 30, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) issued a statement declaring Covid-19 a public health condition not only for China but also as a threat to world health. In the meantime, nurses have an important role to play in providing health care.</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.7999999999999998; text-align:justify; background-color:#ffffff"><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"><span style="font-weight:700">Aim:</span></span><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"> The aim of this study was to compare the relationship between thinking styles and five personality traits with self-efficacy in nurses of corona wards and nurses of other wards (non-corona) in two teaching hospitals in Khorramabad.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.7999999999999998; text-align:justify; background-color:#ffffff"><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"><span style="font-weight:700">Methods:</span></span><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"> The present research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all nurses in Shahid Rahimi and Nomadic Martyrs hospitals in Khorramabad. Using relative stratified random sampling method, the sample size was 310 people with a probability of loss of 330 people and then 312 people with 160 nurses working in corona wards and 152 nurses working in non-corona wards who entered the study. Sternberg and Wagner standard thinking questionnaires, Costa and McCrae NEO-FFI questionnaires and sheerer self-efficacy questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS software using Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis and t-test.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height:1.7999999999999998; text-align:justify; background-color:#ffffff"><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"><span style="font-weight:700">Results:</span></span><span style="font-size:12pt; font-variant-numeric:normal; font-variant-east-asian:normal; white-space:pre-wrap"> The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between all thinking styles and all five personality traits with self-efficacy in nurses of corona wards and nurses of other wards (non-corona). Also, from the variable of thinking styles, partial thinking style, anarchist and judicial and from the variable of five personality traits, all but acceptance, contributed to predicting the self-efficacy of nurses.
