ارتباط بین رضایتمندی شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی

مقدمه: کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی اولین کسانی هستند که موقعیت‌های استرس‌زا تجربه می‌کنند و این استرس طولانی مدت منجربه فرسودگی شغلی می‌شود که یکی از عوامل اساسی در کاهش کارایی و از دست رفتن نیروی انسانی است.
هدف: این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین رضایت‌مندی شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستان بوده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی‌-‌تحلیلی، که در سال (1394) انجام گرفت، (100) نفر از کارکنان اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی شاغل در پایگاه‌های شهری و جاده‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد به‌روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. رضایت‌شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی به‌ترتیب با پرسشنامه‌های رضایت‌شغلی (Job Descriptive Index) و فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ ارزیابی و امتیازات حاصل با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه (20) و با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی (آزمون‌های پیرسون، آنووا و تی‌تست) تحلیل گردید.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره فرسودگی شغلی(7/54±18/14) و رضایت شغلی(0/70±2/93) به‌دست آمد که بیشترین رضایت‌مندی افراد مربوط به ارتباط با همکاران (0/88 ± 3/53) و کمترین رضایت‌مندی مربوط به حقوق و مزایا (0/75 ± 2/08) بود. میانگین نمره خستگی هیجانی (11/22 ± 24/53)، مسخ شخصیت(4/94 ± 10/60) و کفایت شخصی
(19/29±6/48) به‌دست آمد که خستگی هیجانی و مسخ شخصیت در سطح متوسط و کفایت شخصی در سطح بالا برآورد شدند. طبق آزمون آماری پیرسون رابطه معنادار و معکوسی بین رضایت‌شغلی با خستگی هیجانی (0/0001= P) و مسخ شخصیت (0/04=P) وجود داشت. اما بین رضایت‌شغلی و کفایت شخصی رابطه آماری معناداری را نشان نداد (0/36=P).
نتیجه‌‌گیری: سیاست‌گذاران سیستم بهداشتی درمانی می‌توانند با توجه بیشتر به حقوق و مزایا که باعث افزایش رضایت‌شغلی این افراد می‌شود میزان خستگی هیجانی، مسخ شخصیت و کفایت شخصی آنها را کاهش دهند.
