راهبردهای نمایش عاطفی مدیران و عملکرد شغلی پرستاران

مقدمه: کارایی یک بیمارستان در ارایه خدمات مراقبتی مناسب، مستلزم ارتباطات موثر بین مدیران و کارکنان پرستاری است و مهارتهای عاطفی مدیران عاملی مهم در اثربخشی رهبری و موفقیت سازمانی است. ابراز احساسات مناسب مدیران میتواند در بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارکنان موثر باشد.
هدف:  تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط راهبردهای کار عاطفی مدیران پرستاری با عملکرد شغلی کارکنان پرستاری انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه‌ای مقطعی، توصیفی و هم بستگی در یکی از بیمارستانهای آموزشی تهران در سال 1394 انجام شد. نمونه‌‌ای شامل 120 نفر از پرستاران و 15 نفر از مدیران پرستاری به روش نمونه گیری آسان انتخاب شد. ابزار مطالعه شامل پرسشنامه نمایش عاطفی دایندورف و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی پاترسون بود که پایایی آنها با آلفای کرونباخ  0/76 و 0/83 در مطالعات گذشته تایید شده بود. پرسشنامه عملکرد را کارکنان (پرستاران و سرپرستاران) و پرسشنامه نمایش هیجانی را مدیران (سرپرستاران و سوپروایزرها) به شیوه خودارزیابی تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن با استفاده از  نرم افزار SPSS در سطح معناداری 0/05 تحلیل شد.
  یافته ها:  راهبردهای نمایش عاطفی واقعی و عمیق مدیران در سطح بالا (66/7%) و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان نیز در سطح بالا (90%) ارزیابی شد. از بین راهبردهای کار عاطفی فقط نمایش عاطفی واقعی مدیران با عملکرد کارکنان پرستاری همبستگی مثبتی داشت(0/203=P=0/020 ,  r). راهبردهای نمایش عاطفی مدیران و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان پرستاری با متغیرهای فردی آنان رابطه معنی‌داری نداشت (0/05 نتیجه گیری: سطح بالای راهبردهای کار عاطفی ممکن است سبب خستگی عاطفی و فرسودگی شغلی مدیران پرستاری شود. لذا ارزیابی سلامتی و انجام مداخلات روانشناختی مدیران ضرورت دارد. توصیه می شود راهبردهای نمایش عاطفی مدیران پرستاری به شیوه خود ارزیابی سنجش شود تا ضمن ارتقای آگاهی مدیران در این زمینه، به آنها در بکارگیری راهبردهای کار عاطفی موثر بر عملکرد کارکنان کمک نماید.
