Factors Affecting the Intention of Adoption of Health Information Technology in Hospitals Affiliated with Social Security in Isfahan Using the Model of Don Bale et al. (2012)

Introduction: Organizations need fundamental changes to survive in today's complex world. New information technologies can help achieve this goal through the creation of new structures and new organizational tasks.
 
Aim: Therefore, organizations have investigated the extent and the factors for the acceptance and rejection of information technology in their organizations, and have tried to understand the factors that make the adoption of information technology more widely available. The field of transmission, publication and exploitation Provide information technology in a variety of organizational activities.
 
Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was of correlational type. The statistical population consisted of all physicians employed in two hospitals affiliated with the social security system of Isfahan city (Shariati and Gharzee) with 260 people. Of these, using the Cochran sample size formula , By random sampling method, proportional to volume, 155 people were selected as the statistical sample. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in SmartPLS software
 
Results: Knowledge of computer use on perceived simplicity, the importance of standardization on perceived simplicity, the importance of documenting perceived usefulness, perceived simplicity on perceived usefulness, perceived simplicity on attitude toward application, perceived usefulness on attitude toward To application, the attitude towards application has an impact on the intention to accept, but the effect of the importance of information security on perceived usefulness was not approved.
 
Conclusion: Determining the effective factors on the intention to adopt health information technology in order to better use of IT services and satisfaction of physicians in this field seems necessary.
