Describe the need for a change to be detected (description of the current situation is problematic):
The lack of implementation of the principles of performance evaluation in assessing the performance of nursing staff and ultimately the poor quality of nursing care
 
The purpose of the change was to achieve the results of implementing the principles of nursing performance evaluation, which in this study was to improve the quality of nursing care.
