رابطه بین معنویت، تعهد سازمانی و سلامت عمومی با عملکرد شغلی در پرستاران بالینی

مقدمه: مهم‌ترین هدف هر سازمانی، دستیابی به بهره‌وری بهینه است. یکی از عوامل کارآمدی در بهره‌وری، نیروی انسانی است. عملکرد شغلی پرستاران به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع انسانی بیمارستان‌ها، متأثر از عوامل متعددی از جمله معنویت، تعهد سازمانی و سلامت عمومی است که موجب تعهد بیشتر و افزایش کیفیت خدمات یا بهره وری می‌شود.

هدف: بررسی رابطه بین معنویت، تعهد سازمانی و سلامت عمومی پرستاران با عملکرد شغلی آنان در بیمارستان‌های مراکز آموزشی شهر اهواز است. .

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش، مطالعه‌ای مقطعی به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است. نمونه‌ها شامل 196 پرستار بوده که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل مقیاس خود سنجی عملکرد شغلی، مقیاس درجه‌بندی معنویت و مراقبت معنوی، مقیاس تعهد سازمانی و پرسشنامه خودگزارش دهی سلامت عمومی بوده است. پایایی پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ در محدوده (0/68 تا 0/98) به دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده نرم افزار 16 SPSS تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل نشان داد که معنویت، تعهد سازمانی و سلامت عمومی به طور معنا داری (0/001>P) عملکرد شغلی را پیش بینی می‌کنند. بیشترین رابطه‌ی مثبت و معنادار به ترتیب بین معنویت و تعهد سازمانی (0/71 = r)، عملکرد شغلی و معنویت (0/69 = r) و عملکرد شغلی و تعهد سازمانی (0/68 = r) بوده است. نتایج پردازش مدل رگرسیون چندگانه با متغیر عملکرد شغلی و سایر متغیرهای مستقل نشان داد که متغیرهای توضیحی مدل، 47% اطلاعات عملکرد شغلی را تبیین نموده و ارتباط خطی آن‌ها با سایر متغیرهای پاسخ، معنا دار است (0/001>P).

نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که معنویت پیش بینی قوی‌تری برای عملکرد شغلی است، ارائه برنامه‌های عملیاتی توسط مدیران پرستاری برای حفظ و تقویت این بعد در پرستاران بالینی ضروری است.
