The main purpose of the current research is to study the effect of psychological capital on ethical behavior through consideration of job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediator variables. Methods: In the research, data has been collected through questionnaire from 202 nurses employed in public hospitals of Shiraz City. Data have been analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equations modeling in LISREL 8.54 and SPSS 24. Results: The results showed that there is significant relationship between psychological capital and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and ethical behavior of nurses (p<0.05). Also results confirmed positive and significant effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and nurses’ ethical behaviors(p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the study results reinforcement of psychological capital and its sub-component leads to nurses’ ethical behavior, satisfaction and commitments.
