fa چالش‌های زندگی شغلی و خانوادگی زنان شاغل در بخش درمان: مطالعه‌ای پدیدارشناختی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در سال 2019 نوعی ویروس تنفسی به نام کووید 19 کشف شد که&nbsp; باعث بحران و ایجاد اپیدمی جهانی شد. بخش درمان به ویژه زنان شاغل کادر درمان یکی از افرادی بودند که بیشترین درگیری را با این ویروس داشتند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه پدیدارشناختی چالش &shy;های زندگی روزمره زنان شاغل در بخش درمان در وضعیت کرونا بود تا بتوان از یافته&shy; های آن مشکلات و چالش &shy;های زندگی کاری و شخصی زنان شاغل در واحدها یا بخش&shy;های درمانی را شناسایی و برای رفع آنها برنامه&shy; ریزی نمود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش کار:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع پژوهش &shy;های کیفی بوده و با راهبرد پدیدارشناختی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زنان شاغل در بخش درمان بیمارستان&shy;های شهر تبریز می&shy;باشد. در مجموع </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">15</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با سوالات باز-پاسخ با زنان شاغل در بخش درمان انجام شد. روش نمونه&shy;گیری این پژوهش هدفمند بود. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته</span></span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">&shy;</span></b><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> یافته&shy;های پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که زنانی که در بخش درمان کرونا کار می&shy; کنند با چالش&shy; ها و مشکلاتی روبرو هستند که به طور کلی به 5 مضمون اصلی در ارتباط با خانواده، همکاران، ارباب رجوع، سلامت روان و وظایف و مسئولیت های فردی و شخصی و همچنین </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">28 </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مضمون فرعی تقسیم می&shy; شوند. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نتیجه این تحقیق نشان داد که تعارضات متعددی در زمینه کار و خانواده برای بانوان شاغل وجود دارد که در شرایط خاصی مثل همه&shy; گیری کرونا تشدید می&shy; شوند. بنابراین لازم است در زمینه&shy;ی مدیریت و کمک به آنها در برقراری تعادل بین خواسته های محیط کار و خانواده سیاست&shy; ها و برنامه &shy;هایی اداری مناسبی در نظر گرفته شود.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Objective:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> In 2019, a respiratory virus called Covid 19 was discovered, which caused a crisis and caused a global epidemic. The purpose of this study was a phenomenological study of the challenges of daily life of women working in the medical department in the corona situation to find the problems and challenges of work and personal life of women working in the units or identified treatment departments and planned to address them.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research type and it was done with phenomenological strategy. The statistical population of this study is among women working in the treatment department of Tabriz hospitals. A total of 15 semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions were conducted with women working in the treatment department. The sampling method of this study was purposeful. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Findings</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: The findings of the present study indicate that women working in the corona treatment department face challenges and problems that are generally related to the 5 main themes related to family, colleagues, client, and health.
