fa تبیین جایگاه زیبایی شناسی در پندار رهبران پرستاری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: &nbsp;از آن&shy;جایی&shy;که توجه به جنبه زیبایی‌شناختی پدیده‌های رهبری، سازمان‌ها را متحول می‌کند، ضروریست رهبران و مدیران پرستاری با زیبایی&shy;شناسی پرستاری به شکل عینی و نظام&shy;مند آشنا شوند و یافته&shy;های کیفی بایستی در جهت عینی&shy;سازی این بعد پرستاری در تمامی ارکان آن اعم از مدیریت و رهبری، بالین، آموزش و پژوهش بکار برده شوند. این مطالعه با هدف &nbsp;تبیین جایگاه زیبایی&shy;&shy;شناسی در پندار رهبران پرستاری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد.<br> روش: &nbsp;این مطالعه کیفی با روش تحلیل محتوی مرسوم با رویکرد گرانهایم و لاندمن در سال 1402 انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تیم رهبری و مدیریت بیمارستان&shy;های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بود و جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;ها، به صورت مصاحبه فردیِ عمیق نیمه ساختارمند و چهره به چهره انجام شد.روش نمونه&shy;گیری، هدفمند و گلوله &shy;برفی بوده است و تعداد مشارکت کنندگان تا اشباع داده&shy;ها انتخاب شدند و در مجموع 28 مصاحبه با مترون، سوپروایزر، سرپرستار انجام شد.<br> یافته &shy;ها:&nbsp; تعداد 525 کد از مجموع 28 مصاحبه استخراج شد که پس از تحلیل، سه طبقه اصلی و زیر طبقات شناسایی گردید. محوریت طبقات اصلی حاصل از تحلیل نهایی عبارت از پندار زیباشناخت&shy;معنویت گرا، پندار زیباشناخت اخلاق مدار، پندار زیباشناخت خردمندانه بود. به این ترتیب یافته های مطالعه نشان داد، معنویت&shy;گرایی، اخلاق مداری و خردمندی از وجوه زیبایی&shy;شناسی در پندار رهبران زیباشناخت&shy;گرا می&shy;باشد.<br> نتیجه&shy;گیری: انجام این پژوهش، سبب تحکیم یافته‌های پژوهش&shy;های قبلی از حیث مبانی نظری توسعه ادبیات رهبری زیباشناخت‌گرا بوده و از حیث روش&shy;شناختی تکمیل کننده ارائه مدل رهبری پرستاری زیباشناخت‌گرا در نظام مراقبت سلامت می&shy;باشد. از این رو، می تواند به عینی&shy;سازی و تبیین مفهوم زیبایی و والایی زیبایی در سازمان&shy;های مراقبت سلامت&shy; و رهبری پرستاری در نظام مراقبت سلامت ایران کمک کند.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Introduction:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> The consideration of the aesthetic dimension in leadership has the potential to transform organizations. Therefore, it is imperative that nursing leaders and managers acquire a concrete and systematic understanding of nursing aesthetics. Qualitative research should be employed to objectify this aspect of nursing across all its domains, including management, leadership, clinical practice, education, and research. This study aimed to elucidate the role of aesthetics in the perceptions of nursing leaders at Tehran University of Medical Sciences.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> This qualitative study utilized conventional content analysis, adopting the Graneheim and Lundman approach in 2023. The study population consisted of leadership and management teams from hospitals affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Data was collected through semi-structured, in-depth, face-to-face individual interviews. Purposive and snowball sampling techniques were employed to select participants until data saturation was reached. A total of 28 interviews were conducted with Directors of Nursing, supervisors, and head nurses.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> A total of 525 codes were extracted from the 28 interviews. Subsequent analysis revealed three primary categories and their subcategories. The core themes identified in the final analysis were spirituality aesthetic thought, ethical aesthetic thought, and intellectuality aesthetic thought. These findings suggest that spirituality, ethics, and intellectuality are fundamental aspects of aesthetics &nbsp;thought of aesthetic leaders.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"> This research has strengthened the findings of &nbsp;the previous studies, contributing to the theoretical foundation and development of the literature on aesthetic leadership. Methodologically, it complements the model of aesthetic nursing leadership within healthcare systems.
