fa ارائه الگوی توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی همدلانه با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا در میان اساتید و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی لرستان Presenting the development model of empathic communication skills using content analysis technique among professors and faculty members of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه و هدف: توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی همدلانه به عنوان یک عنصر حیاتی در روابط انسانی، اهمیت بالایی دارد و در عرصه‌های مختلف زندگی فردی و حرفه‌ای تأثیرگذار است. این مهارت‌ها توانایی فرد را در درک، تجزیه و تحلیل و پاسخگویی به احساسات و نیازهای دیگران بهبود می‌بخشد و به ایجاد ارتباطات بهتر، عمیق‌تر و مؤثرتر منجر می‌شود. در محیط‌های کاری، ارتباط همدلانه می‌تواند به افزایش رضایت شغلی، تقویت همکاری تیمی و بهبود عملکرد کلی سازمان‌ها کمک کند. همچنین، در زمینه‌های آموزشی، این مهارت باعث تقویت انگیزه و یادگیری دانش‌آموزان و دانشجویان می‌شود. به طور کلی، توسعه مهارت‌های ارتباطی همدلانه نه تنها به بهبود روابط بین‌فردی کمک می‌کند، بلکه موجب شکل‌گیری یک جامعه همدل‌تر و متعهدتر به یکدیگر خواهد شد. لذا باتوجه به اهمیت موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی همدلانه با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل محتوا در میان اساتید و اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه انجام پذیرفت. روش کار: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا میباشد. برای بررسی عمیق مفاهیم مورد نظر از روش مطالعه اسنادی و بررسی مبانی نظری و همچنین مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان ۱۰ نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی و مدرسان با سابقه و مطرح در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان لرستان در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۳-۱۴۰۲ بودند که با استفاده از شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش گلوله برفی تا مرز اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. در تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک تحلیل محتوای استقرایی استفاده شد. برای بررسی صحت یافته‌ها از روش بررسی توسط اعضا استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی، از روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار (توافق درون موضوعی) استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان دادند مهارت‌های ارتباطی همدلانه در چهار دسته؛ مهارت‌های شناختی، مهارت‌های هیجانی (عاطفی)، مهارت اخلاقی و مهارت رفتاری مطرح می‌شوند. این مؤلفه‌ها می‌توانند در بهبود عملکرد سیستم بهداشت، آموزش و درمان در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی استان مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. نتیجه گیری: با تقویت مهارت‌های شناختی، هیجانی، اخلاقی و رفتاری، اساتید و اعضای هیأت علمی قادر خواهند بود تا ارتباطات مؤثرتری با دانشجویان و همکاران خود برقرار کنند و در نهایت کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و درمانی را ارتقاء دهند. بنابراین، توجه به توسعه‌ی این مهارت‌ها برای تحقق اهداف آموزشی و بهداشتی در دانشگاه‌ها ضروری است. Introduction and purpose: The development of empathic communication skills as a vital element in human relations is of great importance and is influential in various fields of personal and professional life. These skills improve one's ability to understand, analyze and respond to the feelings and needs of others and lead to better, deeper and more effective communication. In workplaces, empathic communication can help increase job satisfaction, strengthen team collaboration, and improve the overall performance of organizations. Also, in educational fields, this skill strengthens the motivation and learning of students. In general, developing empathic communication skills will not only help improve interpersonal relationships, but will also lead to the formation of a more empathetic and committed society. Therefore, according to the importance of the subject, the present research was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of developing empathic communication skills using the content analysis technique among professors and faculty members of Lorestan University of Medical Sciences. Methodology: The research method is of a qualitative type with a content analysis approach. For the in-depth study of the desired concepts, the method of document study and theoretical basis analysis as well as semi-structured interviews were used. The participants were 10 faculty members and lecturers with a long history in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 1402-1403, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method and the snowball method up to the limit of theoretical saturation. Inductive content analysis technique was used in data analysis. To check the validity of the findings, the member review method was used. To determine the reliability, the reliability method between two coders (intra-subject agreement) was used. Findings: The findings showed empathic communication skills in four categories; Cognitive skills, emotional skills, moral skills and behavioral skills are discussed. These components can be used to improve the performance of the health system, education and treatment in the universities of medical sciences of the province. Conclusion: By strengthening cognitive, emotional, moral and behavioral skills, professors and faculty members will be able to establish more effective communication with their students and colleagues and ultimately improve the quality of educational and therapeutic services.
