	<abstract_fa>&lt;p&gt;مقدمه: مقدمه: با توجه به پیشرفت های روزافزون تکنولوژی و رشد بی سابقه درعلوم پزشکی درزمینه احیاء قلبی ریوی نیازبه آموزش و بهسازی نیروی انسانی بخصوص پرستاران دربخش های اورژانس یک ضرورت است. هدف : بررسی تاثیر برنامه بازآموزی صلاحیت محور برمیزان موفقیت احیاء قلبی ریوی دربخش اورژانس بوده است. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش ازنوع نیمه تجربی با نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی (تعداد نمونه 30 )، دارای دو گروه آزمون(15نفر) و شاهد(15نفر) دربخش اورژانس در دو بیمارستان آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان درسال1390 انجام شد. ابزارگردآوری اطلاعات شامل فرم مشاهده ، ثبت و گزارش عملکرد پرستاران در احیاء قلبی ریوی بود. ضریب پایائی با روش پایایی همزمان ( 8/0 r =) به دست آمد . برنامه بازآموزی صلاحیت محور براساس اصول برنامه های بازآموزی و گام های اصلی آموزش براساس صلاحیت(C.B.T) درزمینه احیاء قلبی ریوی طراحی و درگروه آزمون اجرا شد. داده هادر دو مرحله قبل و 6 ماه بعد در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد بصورت دو سو کورجمع آوری و توسط نرم افزار SPSS 16 , و ازمونهای من ویتنی ،کای دو و ویلکاکسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: آزمون آماری کای دو نشان داد دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای دموگرافیک مثل سن، جنس و سابقه کار و... یکسان هستند (05/0P&gt;). آزمون آماری من ویتنی تفاوت معنی داری بین میزان موفقیت احیاء قلبی ریوی در دو گروه آزمون و شاهد بعد از 4ماه نشان داد(05/0P&lt;). همچنین آزمون آماری ویلکاکسون تفاوت معنی داری بین میزان موفقیت احیاء قلبی ریوی قبل و بعد از برنامه بازآموزی صلاحیت محور بین دو گروه آزمون و شاهد نشان داد(05/0 P&lt;). نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می گردد برنامه بازآموزی صلاحیت محور جهت بهسازی نیروی انسانی پرستاران در بخش های اورژانس بکاررود.&lt;/p&gt;

Aim: Assessing the effects of continuing education competency-based program for emergency nurses on rate CPR successful was the aim of this study. Methods&amp; materials:&amp;nbsp; This semi-experimental study was carried out on (30) nurses (15 nurses in each groups control and case) who selected non- randomly in emergency departments in two hospitals in&amp;nbsp; Golestan University of Medical Sciences in 2011 .Data gathered were observational form, record, and report nurses&amp;#39; sheet for CPR. Their reliabilities were (0.89) by inter-rater coefficient. Continuing education competency-based program in regarding adult learning principles and steps of competency training&amp;nbsp; (CBT) planned and implemented in case group for six months Data were gathered before and six months after implementation in two groups in double blind. Data were analyzed by SPSS16 and Wilcoxon, Mann-Whitney and Chi-square statistical tests.&lt;br&gt;

Results: findings showed that two groups were same in demographic variables and no differences significantly Chi-square test showed with (p&gt;0.05).&amp;nbsp; Mann-Whitney test was revealed that between two groups, rate successful cardio-pulmonary resuscitation were different significantly (p&lt;0.05). Also, Wilcoxon test was revealed that between rate successful cardio-pulmonary resuscitation before and after continuing education competency-based program found to be different between two groups (p&lt;0.05).&lt;br&gt;

Conclusion: it is suggested to nurse managers that continuing education competency-based program applied in staff development in emergency department for promotion rate of CPR.&lt;br&gt;
