fa بررسی روند تولیدات علمی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات پرستاری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بررسی تولیدات علمی و پژوهش های صورت گرفته در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات پرستاری در سال های گذشته، می تواند نقشه راهی برای آینده بهتر فراهم نماید.<br> هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل بیبلیومتریک تولیدات علمی منتشر شده در پایگاه Web of Science در موضوع&nbsp; فناوری اطلاعات پرستاری از ابتدا تا کنون و ترسیم نقشه علمی دنیا (طی این 34 سال اخیر) انجام شد.<br> مواد و روش‌ها: در یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، تعداد 3151 منابع علمی موضوع فناوری اطلاعات پرستاری از پایگاه Web of Science بصورت جستجوی موضوعی، مورد تحلیل بیبلیومتریک قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده ها توسط امکانات این پایگاه و همچنین نرم افزار VOS viewer که یک نرم افزار تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی است صورت گرفت.<br> یافته‌ها: منابع بازیابی شده تولیدات علمی سال های 1983 تا 2017 را پوشش داد. نتایج مطالعه نشان دهنده روند صعودی انتشار مقالات حوزه فناوری اطلاعات در پرستاری در ده سال اخیر بود. بیشترین تعداد مقالات در سال 2016، 338 مقاله و بیشترین میزان استناد در سال 2005، 1100 استناد بود. بیشترین انتشارات این حوزه بصورت مقاله پژوهشی اصیل (73/8%) و از کشورهای امریکا (40/52%)، سپس انگلیس، کانادا، استرالیا و تایوان بود. ترسیم شبکه هم تالیفی مجلات در موضوع فناوری اطلاعات پرستاری در پنج خوشه و با تعداد 132 تالیف مشترک نمایش داده شد. واژه های کلیدی از تمرکز بر اینترنت، کامپیوتر و نرم افزار، به سمت کیفیت مراقبت و امنیت بیمار و سپس بکارگیری سیستم های خدمات راه دور و سلامت همراه در خود مراقبتی متحول شدند.<br> نتیجه‌‌گیری: نظر به گستردگی سطح توجه دنیا به مقوله بکارگیری فناوری اطلاعات در پرستاری، ارائه برنامه های توانمندساز ملی و بین المللی برای پرستاران می‌تواند منجر به بهبود استفاده مفید از ابزارهای انفورماتیک در راستای ارتقای کیفیت خدمات حرفه ای پرستاری و بهبود پیامد مراقبت گردد. Introduction: Reviewing scientific publications and research on the subject of Nursing Information Technology in the past years can provide a roadmap for a better future.<br> Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the bibliometric of scientific publications published on the Web of Science in the field of Nursing Information Technology from the beginning to the present (1983-2017) and to draw the scientific map of the world.<br> Material & Method: In a descriptive-analytic study, 3151 scientific sources of nursing information technology from the Web of Science were subject to bibliometric analysis. Data analysis was performed by the facilities of this database as well as VOS viewer software, a social network analysis software.<br> Results: The retrieved sources of scientific productions cover the period from 1983 to 2017. The results of the study indicate the upward trend in the publication of articles in the field of information technology in nursing during last ten years. The largest number of articles was published in 2016 with 338 articles and the highest citations were 1100 citations in 2005. Most of the publications in this area covered original research article (73.8%) and was from the United States (40.52%), and then, the UK, Canada, Australia and Taiwan. The compilation of a network of journals in the field of nursing information technology was displayed in five clusters with a total of 132 joint articles.
