fa مسئولیت طبیب در ارائه آموزش به بیمار از دیدگاه فقه امامیه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> حفظ جان، مال و آبروی انسان ها از دغدغه های دیرین جوامع بشری بوده است. در شرع مقدس اسلام نیز بر لزوم و وجوب حفظ جان، مال و آبروی مسلمانان تأکیدات فراوانی شده است. آموزش به بیمار را می‌توان به مجموعه فعالیت‌های رسمی و غیر رسمی که به وسیله مراقبت‌کننده‌های سلامت، برای بدست آوردن پیامدهای سلامتی برای بیماران از طریق دادن اطلاعات، مهارت و دانش ضروری برای مدیریت سلامتی و بیماری آنها، تعریف کرد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>هدف:</strong> هدف از این مطالعه تبیین لزوم آموزش به بیمار توسط طبیب بر اساس متون و قواعد فقه امامیه می باشد.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: این تحقیق دارای ماهیّت توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد که با روش کتابخانه ای به مطالعه و بررسی کتب مرجع فقهی پرداخته و با بررسی متون و قواعد فقهی مختلف به تبیین مسئولیت طبیب در زمینه ارائه آموزش به بیماران پرداخته است.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>با بررسی منابع فقهی به بررسی ضمان طبیب در متون فقهی پرداخته شد و با استفاده از قواعد فقهی تسبیب، غرور، ارشاد، اعلام، لاضرر و وجوب دفع ضرر محتمل مسئولیت طبیب در خصوص آموزش به بیماران بررسی و تبیین گردید.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">بحث و نتیجه گیری</span></strong><span dir="RTL">: بر اساس متون و قواعد فقه امامیه آموزش به بیماران یکی از وظایف مهم طبیب می باشد که قصور و تقصیر در این زمینه موجب مسئولیت وی می گردد و مرتکب ملزم به جبران خسارات وارده می باشد.</span> <strong>Background and aims:</strong> The preservation of human life, property and dignity has been a long-standing concern of human societies. In the holy shrine of Islam, emphasis has also been placed on the necessity and necessity of protecting the lives, property and dignity of Muslims. Patient education can be defined as a collection of formal and informal activities provided by health care providers to obtain health outcomes for patients by providing information, skills and knowledge necessary for managing their health and their illness.<br> <strong>Purpose:</strong>The purpose of this study is to explain the need for medical education by the physician based on the texts and rules of Imamieh jurisprudence.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This research has a descriptive-analytical nature which has studied the jurisprudential reference books with a library method and, by reviewing different jurisprudential texts and legal texts, has explained the responsibility of the physician to provide education to the patients<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>Findings</strong><strong>:</strong> By reviewing the sources of jurisprudence, the physician&#39;s guaranty was studied in the jurisprudential texts. Using jurisprudential rules, the principles of jurisprudence, pride, guidance, annulment, dismissal, and the need to eliminate the probable loss of medical responsibility for the education of patients were investigated and explained.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the texts and rules of the Imamieh jurisprudence, teaching to patients is one of the important duties of the physician.
