fa رابطه صلاحیت بالینی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی پرستاران با اضطراب والدین نوزادان و کودکان بستری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه</strong>: صلاحیت بالینی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی پرستار با بیمار و سایر اعضای تیم درمانی یکی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش رضایتمندی بیماران و ارتقاء نتایج بهداشتی - درمانی می‌باشد. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین رابطه صلاحیت بالینی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی پرستاران با اضطراب والدین نوزادان وکودکان بستری در بیمارستان‌های استان بوشهر در سال 1397 بود.<br> <strong>روش کار‌:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع همبستگی، پرستاران به شیوه تمام شماری انتخاب شدند. بدین منظور همه پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های کودکان، نوزادان و اورژانس اطفال بیمارستان های بوشهر وارد مطالعه شدند. والدین نوزادان و کودکان بستری در این بیمارستان‌ها نیز به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس صلاحیت بالینی مرتوجا، مقیاس مهارت‌های ارتباطی بارتون ـ جی و پرسشنامه اضطراب آشکار و پنهان <span dir="LTR">STAI</span> استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">spss.V.19</span> و آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین نمره صلاحیت بالینی، مهارت ارتباطی و اضطراب والدین کودکان به ترتیب<br> 81/12&plusmn; 26/77، 42/8 &plusmn;52/62 و 12/18 &plusmn;74/86 به دست آمد. بین رتبه بیمارستان‌ها از لحاظ صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران و نمره کل اضطراب والدین ارتباط آماری معکوس و معنی‌دار وجود داشت (<em>001/0></em><em><span dir="LTR">p value</span></em><em>، 363/0-=</em><em><span dir="LTR">r</span></em>). هرچند بین نمره کلی مهارت های ارتباطی پرستاران و نمره کل اضطراب والدین ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری دیده نشد (232/0=<span dir="LTR">p value</span>، 102/0-=<em><span dir="LTR">r</span></em>) اما بین حیطه مهارت های کلامی پرستاران با نمره اضطراب والدین یک رابطه معکوس و معنی دار وجودداشت (010/<em>0=</em><em><span dir="LTR">p value</span></em><em>، 217/0-=</em><em><span dir="LTR">r</span></em>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که هرچه صلاحیت بالینی و مهارت های کلامی ارتباطی پرستاران بیشتر باشد، اضطراب والدین کودکان بستری کمتر خواهد بود. مدیران پرستاری با انتخاب پرستاران با صلاحیت و دارای مهارت های کلامی خوب در بخش های نوزادان و اطفال، می توانند زمینه ای را فراهم نمایند که والدین جز در مورد بیماری فرزندشان، نگرانی دیگری نداشته باشند.</p> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Both clinical competence and communication skills of nursing staffs have been shown to play important roles in developing effective nurse/patient relationships. Here, we attempt to clarify whether the clinical comptenece and communication skills of nurses could improve the parents&rsquo; anxiety during the hospitalization of their neonate or child in pediatric centers in Booshehr province within the year of 2018.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this cross-sectional, correlational study, the nurses were selected among those whom worked in pediatric, neonatal and pediatric emergency wards using the census sampling method and the parents were selected by convenience sampling method among those parents whose infant/child had been admitted to the pediatric centers in the Booshehr province within the year of 2018. The Nurse Competence Scale, Barton-J Communication Skills Scale, and STAI Anxiety Inventory tools were used to collect data and spss.V.19 software and Spearman correlation test were used in analysis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean score of clinical competence, communication skills and parent anxiety were obtained 77.26 &plusmn; 12.81, 62.52 &plusmn; 8.42 and 86.74 &plusmn; 18.12, respectively. There was a significant inverse relationship between hospital rank of nurses&#39; clinical competence and total anxiety score of parents (<em>r = -0.363, p value <0.001</em>). No significant relationship was observed between total communication skills of nurses and total anxiety score of parents (<em>r = -0.102, p value = 0.223)</em> but there was a significant inverse relationship between verbal skills category and total anxiety score (<em>r = -0.217, p value = 0.010</em>).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to these findings, the higher the clinical competence and verbal communication skills of nurses, the lower the anxiety of parents of hospitalized children.
