fa بررسی رابطه بین محورهای خدمات هتلینگ بیمارستانی و مؤلفه‌های جذب گردشگران درمانی در بیمارستان‌های خصوصی منتخب تهران Investigating the relationship between the pillars of hospital hotel services and the components of attracting medical tourists in selected private hospitals in Tehran عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: گردشگری پزشکی یکی از زیر شاخه‌های مهم صنعت گردشگری است. یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر انتخاب بیمارستان توسط گردشگر، نحوۀ ارائۀ‌ خدمات هتلینگ بیمارستان‌ها است. روش: پژوهش به روش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی، در سال ۱۳۹۸ در بیمارستان‌های خصوصی منتخب شهر تهران انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مربوط به مؤلفه‌های هتلینگ از پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته و برای بررسی رعایت مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر جذب گردشگر سلامت، از پرسشنامۀ شهرودی استفاده شد. نمونه‌ها شامل ۷۸ نفر از کارکنان بخش بین‌الملل دو بیمارستان خصوصی شهر تهران بود. برای سنجش نرمالیتی از آزمون‫های کولموگروف‌اسمیرنوف و از رگرسیون چند متغیره و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت سنجش و تعیین رابطه بین متغیرها، توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۱ استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: طبق این پژوهش ارتباط معنی‌داری میان شش محور هتلینگ بیمارستان‌ها با جذب گردشگر درمانی وجود دارد. محورهای «ساختمان و تأسیسات» (۰۵/۰p<) و (۲۳۱/۰=r)، «تجهیزات و امکانات» (۰۵/۰p<) و (۲۶۳/۰=r)، «خدمات رفاهی» (۰۵/۰p<) و (۳۵۷/۰=r)، «خدمات نظافت و بهداشت» (۰۵/۰p<) و (۲۳۴/۰=r)، «تغذیه» (۰۱/۰p<) و (۳۹۳/۰=r) و «امور اداری و گردش کار» (۰۱/۰p<) و (۳۳۲/۰=r)، همبستگی مستقیم با جذب گردشگر درمانی دارند، اما محور «منابع انسانی» با جذب گردشگر درمانی، همبستگی ندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: برای جذب بیشتر گردشگر درمانی، توجه بیشتر مدیران بیمارستان‌ها و سیاست‌گذاران بخش سلامت به محورهای هتلینگ، مخصوصاً «تغذیه» و «امور اداری و گردش کار» که بیشترین رابطه را با جذب گردشگر درمانی داشته‌اند، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. Background: Medical tourism is one of the important sub-branches of the tourism industry. One of the factors influencing the choice of hospital by the tourist is the way of providing hotel services in hospitals. Methods: The research was a descriptive correlational study conducted in 2009 in selected private hospitals in Tehran. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information about the components of hoteling and a Shahroudi questionnaire was used to examine the observance of the components affecting the attraction of health tourists. The samples included 78 employees of the international department of two private hospitals in Tehran. To measure normality, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and multivariate regression and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to measure and determine the relationship between variables by SPSS 21. Findings: This study showed that there is a significant relationship between the six pillars of hospital hotels with the attraction of medical tourists. Pillars of "buildings and installations" (p <0.05), (r = 0.231), "equipment and facilities" (p <0.05), (r = 0.263), "welfare services" (P <0.05), (r = 0.357), "cleaning and hygiene services" (p <0.05) and (r = 0.234), "nutrition" (p <0.01), (r = 0.393), and "administrative affairs and workflow" (p <0.01), (r = 0.332), are directly correlated with the attraction of medical tourists. It was also found that "human resources" is not correlated with the attraction of medical tourists.
