fa شناسایی و رتبه بندی شاخص های فضیلت اخلاقی در مراکز بالینی و تأثیر آن در کیفیت و مراقبت درمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه: </strong>هدف اصلی از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تعیین شاخص های فضیلت اخلاقی در مراکز بالینی و بررسی تأثیر آن در کیفیت و مراقبت درمانی و همچنین رتبه بندی شاخص های فضیلت اخلاقی شناسایی شده می باشد.<br> <strong>روش</strong><strong> کار</strong>: روش پژوهش ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی، توصیفی تحلیلی ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. جامعه آماری 200 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان درمانی می باشد حجم نمونه 131 نفر تعیین گردید. ابعاد فضیلت اخلاقی از روش دلفی و با استفاده از تجربیات کارشناسان و خبرگان تعیین شد. با استفاده از دو نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و <span dir="LTR">LISREL</span> از دو نوع آمار توصیفی&nbsp; و استنباطی برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. برای بررسی تاثیر ابعاد فضیلیت اخلاقی بر عملکرد مراکز درمانی از روش تحلیل مسیر و همچنین برای تعیین ضرایب اهمیت هریک از شاخص ها و ابعاد فضیلت اخلاقی از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای <span dir="LTR">ANP</span> و از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Super Decision</span> استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>معیارها از ادبیات تحقیق و مطالعات پیشین و مصاحبه با خبرگان، شناسایی شدند. بمنظور بهینه سازی فرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و انتخاب مهمترین معیارها جهت ورود به فرآیند تحلیل، عوامل در هر دسته مورد بازنگری واقع شدند و مرتبط ترین عوامل در نظر گرفته شد. با توجه به اینکه آماره <span dir="LTR">t</span> بین متغیر کیفیت خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی و تمامی شاخص های فضیلت های اخلاقی کارکنان بزرگتر از مقدار (96/1) است، ارتباط میان متغیر کیفیت خدمات درمانی و بهداشتی و تمامی شاخص های فضیلت های اخلاقی کارکنان در سطح اطمینان (99%) معنی&rlm;دارشد. نتایج نشان داد که فضیلت های اخلاقی کارکنان مراکز درمانی بر کیفیت خدمات تأثیر دارد. مطابق تحلیل ها معیارهای گروه تکریم بیمار <span dir="LTR">(C3)</span> بیشترین نقش را دارا هستند و به لحاظ اهمیت مهمترین دسته معیار ها در شاخص های فضیلت اخلاقی در مراکز بالینی می باشند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>رفتار معنوی و توام با مسئولیت پرستاران با بیماران، نقش موثری در بهبود و بازگشت سلامتی آنان دارد، لذا حرفه پرستاری بر پایه اخلاق استوار است. بنابراین رعایت فضیلت های&nbsp; اخلاقی در عملکردهای پرستاری از سایر موارد مراقبت حساس تر و مهمتر می باشد که می تواند بر کیفیت خدمات درمانی نیز موثر باشد.</p> <strong>Introduction:</strong> The main purpose of this study was to identify and determine moral virtue indicators in clinical centers and to examine their impact on quality and treatment care, as well as the to rank identified moral virtue indicators.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The research method is analytical descriptive. The statistical population was 200 experts and medical specialists. The sample size was 131 people. Moral virtue dimensions were determined by Delphi method using the experiences of experts. Using SPSS and LISREL software, two types of descriptive and inferential statistics were applied to analyze the data. Path analysis method was used to investigate the impacts of the moral virtue dimensions on the performance of medical centers and ANP network analysis process and Super Decision software were used also to determine the coefficients of importance of each of the indicators and dimensions of moral virtue.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The criteria were identified from the literature of previous research and studies and interviews with experts. In order to optimize the data analysis process and to select the most important criteria to enter the analysis process, the factors in each category were reviewed and the most relevant factors were specified. Considering the fact that the t-statistic between the variables of health and treatment services and all indicators of employee ethics is greater than the value (1.96), the relationship between the quality of health services and all indicators of employee ethics became significant at 99%. The findings showed that the moral virtues of the staff at medical centers affected the quality of services. According to the analysis, the criteria of the patient honor group (C3) had the highest role and in terms of importance, they held the most important category of criteria in the&nbsp; moral virtue indicators in clinical centers.<br> <strong>Conclusions</strong>: The spiritual and responsible behavior of nurses with patients has been found to have an effective role in improving and restoring their health, so the nursing profession is based on ethics.
