fa طراحی الگوی برندسازی منابع انسانی با رویکرد اسلامی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران Designing the branding pattern of human resources with an islamic approach to the universities of medical sciences in tehran city عمومى General پژوهشي Research دانش و مهارت منابع انسانی مهم‌ترین منبع مزیت رقابتی سازمان است توجه به یکایک این مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها نشان‌دهنده آن است که هر یک از آن‌ها، در فرآیندی بلندمدت و با تلفیقی از قابلیت‌های ژنتیکی و تلاش‌های فردی در بستر محیط، ایجاد و تقویت گردیده‌اند. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش تدوین الگوی برند منابع انسانی  در سازمانها بالخص دانشگاه هاست که با وضع اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اسلامی ایران و ارزش‌های فردی، سازمانی و اجتماعی جامعه آماری تحقیق انتخاب‌شده انطباق داشته باشد. در تدوین و ارائه این الگو، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های آن بومی و متناسب‌ با سازمان‌های ایران شده است. پژوهش حاضر به روش ترکیبی(کیفی کمّی) انجام شده است. بر این اساس در بخش اول تحقیق به منظور ارائه مدلی جامع از برندسازی منابع انسانی، از روش پژوهشی کیفی فراترکیب استفاده شد. بدین ترتیب که بعد از شناسایی مقولات، مفاهیم و کدهای برند منابع انسانی از طریق روش فراترکیب، برای ارائه ترکیب مطلوب مؤلفه های مدل به گونه ای که بتوان رابطه بین مقوله های برند منابع انسانی را بهینه نمود از روش مدلسازی ساختاری(ISM( استفاده گردید و الگوی اولیه بدست آمد و سپس از طریق روش حداقل مربع جزئی(PLS) مدل اعتبار سنجی شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان میدهد که مقوله های اصلی و فرعی استخراجی از روش فراترکیب مورد تأیید جامعه خبرگان قرار گرفته و مدل پژوهش حاضر متشکل از 8 مقوله اصلی و 43 مقوله فرعی است. که می تواند الگوی برندسازی منابع انسانی را با رویکرد اسلامی را در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی تهران نمایش دهد. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که هر هشت بعد؛ 1. برندسازی منابع انسانی - اسلامی، 2. ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی،3. آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی، 4. رهبری سازمانی، 5. عدالت سازمانی و 6. رضایت و تعهد منابع انسانی 7. فرهنگ سازمانی 8. برندسازی داخلی  درفرایند  برندسازی منابع انسانی نقش به سزایی دارند.. The knowledge and skill of HR is the most important source of the organizationchr('39')s competitive advantage, considering each of these skills and capabilities that each of them has been developed and strengthened in a long - term process, combined with the combination of genetic capabilities and individual efforts in the context of the environment. therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop the human resource brand pattern in organizations and universities, which are compatible with the social and cultural status of iran and individual, organizational and social values of the selected research community. in the development and presentation of this pattern, its dimensions and components are endemic and tailored. <div class="content false" style="direction: ltr; height: 180px;">the present study has been done in combination (quantitative qualitative). accordingly, in the first part of the research in order to provide a comprehensive model of branding of human resources, the qualitative research method was used. thus, after identifying the categories, concepts and code of human resources through Meta-synthesis, to provide optimal combination of model components in order to optimize the relationship between human resource brand categories, the initial model was obtained and then validated through partial least - squares (pls)method.the findings show that the main categories extracted from the Meta-synthesis method are approved by the experts community and the present research model consists of eight main categories and 43 sub categories. it can display the branding pattern of human resources with an islamic approach to the universities of medical sciences in tehran. The results of the study indicate that the following eight dimensions: 1.branding of human - islamic resources,2. Assessment of human resource performance and 3.Training and development of human resources,4. Organizational Leadership,5.organizational justice and 6.
