fa ساخت و رواسازی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مقیاس سنجش رفتار شهروندی اجتماعی در پاندمی کرونا (به منظور ارائه مدل بومی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی) Construction and validation of dimensions and components of the Social Citizenship Behavior Scale in the Corona Pandemic (in order to provide a native model in public hospitals) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: رفتار شهروندی اجتماعی جزء سرمایه‌های غیر ملموس سازمان بوده و شامل مجموعه‌ای ازرفتارهای اجتماعی داوطلبانه غیر رسمی است که حوزه وسیعی از رفتارهای اجتماعی را در برمی‌گیرد و مدیریت ناصحیح آن می‌تواند اثرات نامطلوبی بر عملکرد سازمان و اعضا برجای گذارد. هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر، ساخت و رواسازی مقیاس رفتارشهروندی اجتماعی است که پیاده سازی و عملیاتی شدن این ابزار را در مطالعه‌های میدانی فراهم می‌آورد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نظرهدف، کاربردی- اکتشافی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی–پیمایشی است. برای انجام پژوهش، مطالب و موضوعات رفتارشهروندی اجتماعی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی و روش تحلیل محتوای متون علمی و همچنین نظر اندیشمندان و متخصصین صاحب صلاحیت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته رفتار شهروندی اجتماعی، جهت به‌دست آوردن روایی و پایایی لازم به وسیله صاحب‌نظران و مدیران تکمیل گردید. ضریب پایایی آزمون با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، 838/0 محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی گویه‌های رفتارشهروندی اجتماعی نشان دهنده این بود که حدود 654/76 درصد واریانس مورد نظر توسط مولفه‌های این پرسشنامه قابل تبیین است. بعد از یک بار چرخش عوامل از نوع واریماکس، همبستگی میان هرگویه با هر مولفه در بهترین حالت مشخص گردید و بر این اساس، یازده مولفه، با بیشترین وزن، انتخاب و استخراج شدند که شامل، احساس تعلق اجتماعی، هویت اجتماعی، احساس عدالت اجتماعی، مشارکت جویی، احساس اثر بخشی اجتماعی، ارزش محوری، احساس امنیت اجتماعی، عاطفه جمعی، انسجام اجتماعی، تاب آوری اجتماعی و نوع دوستی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که رفتارشهروندی اجتماعی یک مفهوم چندوجهی و دارای ابعاد و مولفه‌های زیادی می‌باشد و با ابعاد و مولفه‌های محدود نمی‌توان آن را بررسی و مطالعه کرد.   Introduction: Social citizenship behavior is one of the organization's intangible assets and includes a set of informal voluntary social behaviors that cover a wide range of social behaviors. Its mismanagement can have adverse effects on the performance of the organization and its members. The general purpose of the present study is to construct and validate the scale of social citizenship behavior that provides the implementation and operation of this tool in field studies. Methods: The present study is applied-exploratory in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of method. To conduct research, the contents and topics of social citizenship behavior were examined using the factor analysis technique and content analysis method of scientific texts, as well as the opinions of qualified thinkers and experts, and a researcher-made questionnaire of social citizenship behavior was obtained to obtain validity and reliability. Completed by experts and managers. The reliability coefficient of the test was calculated to be 0.838 using Cronbach's alpha test. Results: Exploratory factor analysis of social citizenship behavior items showed that about 76.654% of the desired variance can be explained by the components of this questionnaire. After one rotation of Varimax-type factors, the correlation between each item with each component was determined in the best case. Accordingly, eleven components with the highest weight were selected and extracted: Sense of social belonging, social identity, sense of social justice, participation, sense of social effectiveness, core value, sense of social security, collective affection, social cohesion, social resilience, and altruism.
