fa "نامه به سردبیر" مدیریت منابع انسانی در دوران کرونا: تغییر نقش اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی همراستا با مدافعان سلامت “Letter to the Editor” Human resource management in the Corona era: Changing the role of academic faculty members in line with health advocates تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report سردبیر محترم، از ژانویه سال 2020 یک بحران ناگهانی در سلامت عمومی جهان ایجاد شد که در طی مدت کوتاهی از شهر ووهان چین به سراسر جهان گسترش یافته و به تهدیدی جدی برای بشر بدل شد(1). به گفته مرکز کنترل بیماری، این یکی از مهمترین و غیرقابل پیش بینی ترین بحران های سلامت عمومی جهانی در چند وقت اخیر بوده است (2). شیوع ویروس کرونا در کشور و ابتلای تعداد زیادی از هموطنان به این ویروس منحوس، کادر درمانی و پزشکی کشور را درگیر خود کرد. از جمله چالش های مدیریتی در این دوران می توان به کمبود نیروی انسانی به خصوص پرستار اشاره کرد. البته این کمبود در سال های قبل هم احساس می شد، ولی با شیوع ویروس کرونا، این احساس نیاز بیش از پیش احساس شد.  از جمله راهکارها در مدیریت نیروی انسانی در دوران کرونا با توجه به کمبود ذکر شده، استفاده از ظرفیت نیروی انسانی هیات علمی آموزشی پرستاری بود؛ بطوریکه این اعضا به بخش های ستادی و مراکز تحقیقاتی دانشگاه فراخوان شدند تا پرستاران شاغل در مراکز تحقیقاتی و ستادی جهت مراقبت از بیماران در مراکز درمانی حضور یابند، و اساتید و مدرسان دانشگاه بجای آنها در ستاد در جمع آوری آمارهای مرتبط با کرونا انجام وظیفه نمایند. لازم به ذکر است که حضور هیات علمی آموزشی در بخش های ذکر شده، توجیهی برای عدم انجام نقش اصلی آنها یعنی آموزش دانشجویان نبود. اگرچه که کووید -19 ، در کوتاه مدت، شیوه تحصیل و یادگیری را با تغییر و تحول عجیب و عظیمی روبرو کرد و بر سیستم های آموزشی سراسر جهان و  ایران تأثیر گذاشت و منجر به بسته شدن دوره های حضوری در مدارس و دانشگاه ها شد (3)، ولی برای اینکه آموزش دانشجویان در طول دوره فاصله گذاری اجتماعی دچار وقفه نشود و برنامه های درسی طبق برنامه از قبل مشخص شده، تداوم داشته باشد راهکارهای مختلفی ازجمله آموزش مجازی ارائه شد (4).  تهیه محتوای آموزشی برای آموزش مجازی بار سنگینی برای اساتید بود. زیرا هم تهیه آن با نرم افزار های جدید و صدا گذاری اسلایدها بسیار زمان بر بود و هم استفاده از فناوریهای ناآشنا و سامانه های جدید برای تهیه محتوا نیازمند زمان و تلاش برای یادگیری کار کردن با آن نرم افزارها و سامانه ها بود. مدرسان نیز چون قبلاً در مورد شیوه آموزش مجازی دوره های مشخص و مفیدی را سپری نکرده بودند لذا تحت فشار کاری زیاد قرار گرفتند. نقش پر رنگ پژوهشی در ایام دور کاری و انتظار دانشگاه برای انجام پژوهش های با موضوع کرونا، از دیگر نقش های اساتید در دوران کرونا بود. رشد  قابل توجه تعداد طرح های تحقیقاتی تصویب شده و مقالات علمی پژوهشی چاپ شده توسط اعضای هیات علمی (5) حکایت از این نقش و عملکرد دارد. با شروع کارآموزی ها در آموزش پزشکی از خرداد 1399، دانشجویانی که نزدیک یکسال در خانه بودند، به ناچار برای کارآموزی باید حاضر می شدند. این حضور در کارآموزی موجب ترس و نگرانی در دانشجویان و خانواده های آنان شد. از جمله نقش های اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی، ایجاد آرامش در دانشجویان و کاهش ترس و اضطراب آنها بود. آنها با صحبت با دانشجویان و توضیح شرایط حرفه ای، شرایط کارآموزی را در عمل به گونه ای مهیا کردند که پس از گذشت چند ماه، دیگر هیچ دانشجویی از مراقبت از بیماران حتی بیمار کرونایی واهمه نداشت. همه‌گیری بیماری کووید-19 آنچه اغلب نادیده گرفته می‌شد را به همگان یادآوری کرد، نقش همیشگی پرستاران در سیستم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی بود. در سال 2020 نقش مهم پرستاران بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفت. سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO) سال 2020 را «سال پرستاران و ماماها» نامگذاری کرد (6). بسیاری از تصاویر هنری از شجاعت و از خودگذشتگی پرستاران در رسانه های اجتماعی به اشتراک گذاشته شد (7). منظور این رسانه ها، پرستارانی بودند که در بیمارستان شاغل بودند و به عنوان خط مقدم مبارزه با کرونا معرفی شدند. اما در میان گروه های مختلف تیم سلامت، آنچه جایی دیده نشد و مورد توجه واقع نشد نقش اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی بود. این گروه اگرچه به ظاهر در خط مقدم مبارزه نبودند ولی نقش بسزایی در تربیت دانشجویان به عنوان نیروهای آینده نظام سلامت داشتند. بطور کلی نقش ها ی اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی اگر چه کمتر مورد توجه مردم، مسئولین و رسانه ها قرار گرفت ولی نمی توان نقش آنها را در مقابله با بحران و پاندمی کرونا نادیده گرفت. تجربه آموزش در دوران کرونا نشان از آن دارد که اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی با وجود شرایط سخت و طاقت‌فرسا از اهداف و وظایف آموزشی خود عقب ننشستند و حتی با مسئولیت پذیری بیشتر آن را به سرانجام رسانند. با این توضیحات به نظر می رسد وقت آن است در رابطه با نقش گروه های مختلف تیم سلامت از جمله اعضای هیات علمی آموزشی در کنترل و مقابله با کرونا بازنگری صورت گیرد.   Dear editor, Since January 2020, a sudden crisis has emerged in the world's public health, which has spread from Wuhan, China to the whole world in a short period of time and has become a serious threat to humanity (1). According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), this has been one of the most significant and unpredictable global public health crises in recent times (2). The spread of the corona virus in the country and the infection of a large number of compatriots with this dreaded virus involved the country's medical staff. Among the management challenges in this era, the shortage of human resources, especially nurses, can be mentioned. Of course, this lack was felt in previous years, but with the spread of the Corona virus, this feeling of need was felt more than ever. Among the solutions in manpower management during the Corona era, according to the mentioned shortage, was the use of the manpower capacity of the nursing faculty members; So that these members were called to the headquarters departments and research centers of the university so that the nurses working in the research centers and headquarters attend to take care of the patients in the medical centers, and the professors and lecturers of the university perform duties in their place in the headquarters in collecting statistics related to Corona. . It should be noted that the presence of faculty members in the mentioned departments was not a justification for not fulfilling their main role, i.e. teaching students. Although Covid-19, in the short term, the way of education and learning faced a strange and huge change and affected the educational systems of the whole world and Iran and led to the closure of face-to-face courses in schools and universities (3), however in order for students' education not to be interrupted during the period of social distancing and for the curriculum to continue according to the pre-specified program, various solutions were presented, including virtual education (4). Preparing educational content for virtual education was a heavy burden for professors. Because preparing it with new software and sounding the slides was very time-consuming, and using unfamiliar technologies and new systems to prepare content required time and effort to learn to work with those software and systems. The teachers were also under a lot of work pressure because they had not passed specific and useful courses about the virtual education method before. The colorful role of research during working days and waiting for the university to conduct research on the topic of Corona was another role of professors in the era of Corona. The significant growth in the number of approved research projects and scientific research articles published by faculty members (5) indicates this role and performance. With the start of internships in medical education from June 2019, students who had been at home for almost a year had to show up for internships. This presence in the internship caused fear and worry in the students and their families. One of the roles of academic staff members was to calm students and reduce their fear and anxiety. By talking to the students and explaining the professional conditions, they prepared the internship conditions in such a way that after a few months, no student was afraid of taking care of patients, even the corona patients. The COVID-19 pandemic has reminded everyone of what is often overlooked, the ever-present role of nurses in the health care system. In 2020, the important role of nurses received more attention than before. The World Health Organization (WHO) named 2020 the "Year of Nurses and Midwives" (6). Many artistic images of the bravery and selflessness of nurses were shared on social media (7). These media meant the nurses who worked in the hospital and were introduced as the front line of the fight against Corona. But among the different groups of the health team, what was not seen anywhere and was not noticed was the role of academic faculty members. Although this group was apparently not in the front line of the struggle, they played a significant role in training students as the future forces of the health system. In general, although the roles of academic staff members have been less noticed by people, officials and media, their role in dealing with the crisis and the corona pandemic cannot be ignored. The experience of education during the Corona era shows that the members of the academic staff did not back down from their educational goals and duties despite the difficult and exhausting conditions and even fulfilled them with more responsibility.
