The knowledgeandskillof HRisthe most importantsourceofthe organizationchr('39')s competitiveadvantage,consideringeachof theseskillsandcapabilitiesthateachofthemhasbeen developedandstrengthenedina long-termprocess,combinedwiththecombinationofgeneticcapabilitiesandindividualeffortsinthe context ofthe environment.therefore, the purposeofthisresearchisto developthe humanresourcebrandpatterninorganizationsanduniversities, whicharecompatiblewiththe socialandculturalstatusofiranandindividual,organizationalandsocialvaluesof the selectedresearchcommunity.inthe developmentandpresentationof thispattern,itsdimensionsandcomponents are endemicandtailored.
the presentstudyhasbeendoneincombination(quantitativequalitative).accordingly, inthe firstpartof the researchinorderto providea comprehensivemodelofbrandingof humanresources,thequalitativeresearchmethodwasused.thus,afteridentifyingthe categories,conceptsandcodeofhumanresourcesthrough Meta-synthesis,toprovideoptimalcombinationofmodelcomponentsinordertooptimizethe relationshipbetweenhumanresourcebrandcategories,theinitialmodelwasobtainedandthenvalidatedthroughpartial least- squares(pls)method.thefindingsshowthatthemaincategoriesextractedfromthe Meta-synthesis methodareapproved bythe expertscommunityandthe presentresearchmodelconsistsofeightmaincategoriesand43subcategories.itcandisplaythe brandingpatternofhumanresourceswithan islamicapproachtothe universities ofmedicalsciencesin tehran.The resultsof the studyindicatethatthefollowing eightdimensions:1.brandingof human-islamicresources,2.Assessmentof humanresourceperformanceand3.Traininganddevelopmentof humanresources,4.OrganizationalLeadership,5.organizationaljusticeand6.Humanresourcesatisfactionandcommitment7.organizationalculture8.brandingofhumanresourceshas a great role in theprocessof brandinghumanresources
