Introduction: Manpower is very important in improving the performance of the hospital so that this organization cannot succeed without the effort and commitment of its staff. Organizational commitment refers to employees' beliefs, values and beliefs about staying in the organization. Major international and national databases including Google Scholar, PubMed Scopus, Science Direct, Cinahl, SID, Iranmedex, and Magiran were search completely to identify the articles published from 2011 to 2021 on the topic of interest among Iranian nurses. The keywords organizational commitment, nurse, was used in English and Persian sources. After evaluating the entry and quality criteria of the articles, 26 papers were recognized as eligible and entered into the study.
Results: The results of extracting the findings of the articles showed that 12% of the nurses' organizational commitment studies report a high level, 50% a medium level and 38% of the studies did not report a level of organizational commitment.
