fa طراحی الگوی آموزش الکترونیک برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران: رویکرد ترکیبی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: شیوع ویروس کرونا و بحران ایجادشده در دنیا و &nbsp;ضرورت به‌کارگیری شیوه آموزش الکترونیک در چنین شرایطی ضمن پاسخگویی به نیازهای آموزشی جامعه پزشکی، راه‌حل نوینی برای همسو شدن با تغییرات آموزشی جهانی برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در کشور ایران است. این مطالعه باهدف طراحی الگوی آموزش الکترونیک برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران انجام شده است.<br> روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد ترکیبی در سال &nbsp;۱۴۰۰ انجام شد. با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و با مشارکت ۲۶ نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش الکترونیک، الگوی آموزش الکترونیک برای دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران تدوین شد. نرمال بودن داده‌ها با آزمون KS تعیین شد، آلفای کرونباخ کل، محاسبه و مقدار آن برابر با 0.98 است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 22، و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL 8.8 بهره گرفته شد.&nbsp;<br> یافته‌ها: الگوی مذکور در 5 بعد و16 مولفه و 162 شاخص طراحی گردید. ابعاد پنج گانه شامل: بعد سیاست گذاری (شامل مولفه‌های ملی و بین‌المللی)، بعدزیرساخت ها (شامل مولفه‌های فن آوری، پشتیبانی، حقوقی و اخلاقی، آموزش‌ پژوهی)، بعدساختار (شامل مولفه‌های مدیریت، طراحی، اجرا، ارزیابی)، بعدآموزش (شامل آموزش بالینی، آموزش مداوم، آموزش سلامت)، بعدمنابع (شامل مولفه‌های مالی، انسانی، دانشی یا محتوا) می باشد.&nbsp;<br> نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر منتج به طراحی الگوی آموزش الکترونیک در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران شد که می‌تواند مسیر حرکت دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی را برای دستیابی به آموزش الکترونیک، رشد و توسعه آن تسهیل نماید تا همگام با برنامه‌های آموزش عالی حوزه سلامت، برای پیاده‌سازی طرح تحول و نوآوری در آموزش علوم پزشکی گام‌های مؤثرتری برداشته شود.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: The spread of the Corona virus and the crisis created in the world, and the need to use the electronic education method in such conditions, while responding to the educational needs of the medical community, is a new solution to adapt to the global educational changes, for the universities of medical sciences in Iran.This study has been conducted with the purpose of designing an electronic education model for Tehran medical sciences universities.<br> Methods: &nbsp;This study was conducted with a hybrid approach in 2021.Using open, central and selective coding and with the participation of 26 experts in the field of e-learning, an e-learning model was developed for the universities of medical sciences in Tehran. The normality of the data was determined by the KS test and the total Cronbach&#39;s alpha was calculated as 0.98, according to the calculations. For data analysis, descriptive statistics using SPSS 22 software, and structural equation modeling (confirmatory factor analysis) using LISREL 8.8 software were used.<br> Results: The model was designed in 5 dimensions, 16 components and 162 indicators.
