fa تأثیر برنامه تضمین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در مرکز سرپایی بر رضایت بیماران تحت عمل جراحی آب‌مروارید و خانوادهای آنان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable مقدمه: در سطح دنیا عمل جراحی آب‌مروارید و مراقبت‌های پرستاری آن به صورت سرپایی و مقطعی است که دستیابی به راه‌هایی برای تضمین کیفیت مراقبت‌های آن همواره مورد توجه سیستم درمانی بوده است.<br> هدف: این مطالعه برای تعیین تأثیر برنامه تضمین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری در مرکز سرپایی چشم بر میزان رضایت‌مندی بیماران تحت عمل جراحی آب‌مروارید و خانواده‌هایشان بود که در سال 1395 در دی‌کلینیک تخصصی و فوق تخصصی هلال احمر ایران انجام شد.<br> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی بر روی 100 بیمار و 108 همراه انجام شده که به‌صورت غیرتصادفی در دو گروه انتخاب شده بودند و هنگام ترخیص پرسشنامه رضایتمندی ساخته محقق را تکمیل نمودند. اعتبار پرسشنامه‌ها با اعتبار محتوا و پایایی از طریق همگنی درونی با آزمون آلفا کرونباخ سنجیده شد (0/94=&alpha;). ابتدا رضایت‌مندی بیماران و همراهان درگروه کنترل سنجیده شد و سپس مداخله اجرای برنامه تضمین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری (تشکیل کمیته تضمین کیفیت در مرکز، تهیه استانداردهای مراقبتی، تدوین شرح وظایف پرستاران در این راستا، بهسازی پرستاران و نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای مراقبتی) حدود 1 ماه اجرا شد و رضایت‌مندی نمونه‌ها در این گروه آزمون سنجیده شد. نتایج با نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 و با آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند.<br> یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره رضایت‌مندی کل بیماران از مراقبت‌های پرستاری و ابعاد آن در گروه کنترل (2/4) و در گروه آزمون (3/2) بود و آزمون آماری تی مستقل تفاوت معنی‌داری با (0/001< P) نشان داد. میانگین نمره کل رضایت‌مندی خانواده‌ها از مراقبت‌های پرستاری و ابعاد آن در گروه کنترل(2/4) و در گروه آزمون(3/3) بود که آزمون آماری تی مستقل با (0/001< P) تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان داد.<br> نتیجه‌‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود که مدیران پرستاری از این برنامه اجرایی برای تضمین کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری در مراکز سرپایی دیگر استفاده نمایند.<br> &nbsp; Introduction: worldwide, cataract surgery and its nursing care are outpatient and ambulatory which has always been a focus of the treatment center on achieving ways to ensure its quality assurance.<br> Aim: This study was to determine the effect of nursing care quality assurance program in the eye outpatient center on satisfaction rate of patients undergoing cataract surgery and their families which was conducted at Day Clinic Specialty and Subspecialty of Helal Iran in 2016.<br> Method: This study was a semi-expetimental study for 100 patients and 108 patients&rsquo; families which have been selected non &ndash; randomly and during discharge, they completed the author-made satisfaction questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was determined by content validity and reliability through internal consistency with alpha Cronbach&rsquo;s (&alpha; = 0.49). At first, satisfaction of patients and patients&rsquo; families in the control group was measured and then the intervention of the nursing quality assurance program by establishing a Quality Assurance Committee at the Center, providing care standards, writing nurses&rsquo; job descriptions in this regard, improving nurses and monitoring the implementation of care standards; was executed about 1 month and then satisfaction of samples was measured in case group. The data were analyzed by SPSS software version 23 using descriptive and inferential tests.<br> Results: Results showed that overall mean satisfaction score of patients from nursing care and its dimension in control group and case group was 2.4 and 3.2 respectively. Statistical test (T-test) showed that there was significantly difference with P<001/0 between two groups.
