fa اهمیت پایش سلامت توسط پرستاران و تاثیر آن در کیفیت ارائه خدمات پرستاری به بیمار تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> یک نظام بهداشتی کارا فقط از طریق ارائه خدمات مطلوب می تواند به رسالت خود یعنی تامین سلامت افراد جامعه اقدام نماید.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه با هدف اهمیت&nbsp; پایش سلامت بیماران توسط پرستاران و تاثیر آن در کیفیت ارائه خدمات پرستاری به بیمار انجام شده است. که با مراجعه به مقالات سالهای 1385 تا 1396 به بررسی محتوایی مقاله ها پرداخته شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> بررسی نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش های انجام شده در سال های قبل نشان داد که با افزایش کارآمدی و اثربخشی پایش بیماران توسط پرستاران، ، میزان کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده توسط پرستاران افزایش و رضایت بیماران از خدمات ارایه شده افزایش &nbsp;پیدا می کند.<br> <strong>&nbsp;نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت توانایی پرستاران در پایش سلامت بیماران و تاثیر این توانمندی در بالا رفتن کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده، می توان همکاری مدیران ارشد پرستاری در وزارت بهداشت، بیمارستا نها، دانشکده ها و مربیان برای برنامه ریزی دقیق برای افزایش مهارت های پایشی پرستاران می تواند باعث افزایش کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده به بیماران گردد.<br> <br> &nbsp;</p> <p align="center" style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 0pt;"></p> <p align="center" style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span b="" lang="EN" style="font-size: 14pt;"><font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></span></p> <p style="line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0pt;"><span b="" lang="EN"><font face="Times New Roman"><font color="#000000" size="3">Abstract:</font><br> <font color="#000000" size="3">Introduction: An effective health system can only be provided by providing good health services to the community.
