fa بررسی تاثیر نوبت های کاری در شرایط کرونا بر فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان با نقش میانجی استرس ابتلا به کرونا عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>مقدمه: انتشار&nbsp; کرونا&nbsp; ویروس جدید به&not;عنوان یک بیماری همه گیر&nbsp; باعث سرازیری بیمار بیش از ظزفیت اورژانس ها و بخش های مراقبتی&not;بیمارستانی شده و&nbsp; با توجه به تعدد مراجعات و&nbsp; ماهیت استرس زای آن پرستاران را در معرض فرسودگی قرار داده است .لذا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر نوبت های کاری در شرایط کرونا بر فرسودگی شغلی کارکنان با نقش میانجی استرس ابتلا به کرونا پرداخته است.<br> روش : پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی از شاخه مطالعات میدانی به شمار می‌آید که روش انجام آن بصورت پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌ امام خمینی&nbsp; شهرستان آمل به تعداد 250 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای&nbsp; نمونه‌ای به حجم 151 نفر انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استاندارد بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و جهت سنجش برازش مدل پژوهش و آزمون فرضیه‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS 22 و&nbsp; Amos22استفاده شد.<br> &nbsp;یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. اختلال ناشی از&nbsp; نوبت کاری بر فرسودگی شغلی و استرس ابتلا به کرونا در&nbsp; پرستاران تاثیر معناداری دارد.&nbsp; استرس ابتلا به کرونا&nbsp; بر فرسودگی شغلی پرستاران تاثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین استرس ابتلا به کرونا&nbsp; بخوبی رابطه میان نوبت کاری و فرسودگی شغلی را تسهیل می‌کند.<br> &nbsp;نتیجه‌گیری: یکی از چالش‌های پیش روی پرستاران در همه گیری کرونا&nbsp; اثرات&nbsp; ناشی از&nbsp; شیفت های کاری بوده است. نوبت های کاری همراه با استرس ابتلا به کرونا&nbsp; و تعداد زیاد مراجعات و بستری ها ، منجر به عدم&not;تمرکز&nbsp; و فقدان انرژی جهت انجام اهداف شغلی خواهد&not;شد، عدم تعادل منجر به خستگی، عملکرد ضعیف و کاهش کیفیت زندگی و در نهایت فرسودگی می‌شود.</p> <strong>Introduction</strong>: The spread of the new coronavirus as an epidemic disease has caused the patient to overflow the capacity of emergency rooms and hospital care departments and due to the number of visits and the stressful nature of those nurses have been exposed to burnout. He has investigated the effect of work shifts in Coronavirus conditions on burnout of employees with the mediating role of Coronavirus stress.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is a descriptive research in the field of field studies in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection, the method of which was survey. The statistical population of the study of nurses working in Imam Khomeini Hospital of Amol city was 250 people and a sample of 151 people was selected using stratified sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. In data analysis, structural equation modeling method was used and SPSS 22 and Amos22 software were used to measure the fit of the research model and test the hypotheses.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the research model has a good fit. Shift-related disorder has a significant effect on burnout and Coronavirus stress in nurses. Coronavirus stress has a significant effect on burnout in nurses. Also, Coronavirus stress well facilitates the relationship between shift work and burnout.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> One of the challenges facing nurses in Coronavirus heart disease has been the effects of work shifts.
