fa چالش های ارتباط بین حرفه ای پزشک و پرستار در ایران: مرور یکپارچه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <br> <strong>مقدمه: </strong>ارتباطات حرفه ای پزشک - پرستار، از مهمترین عوامل موثر در ارائه مراقبت های با کیفیت در سیستم بهداشتی می باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش ارتباط بین حرفه ای پرستاران و پزشکان در ایران انجام شده است. <span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در این مطالعه مروری مقالات منتشر شده بین سالهای 1397-1387 از طریق&nbsp; پایگاه های <span dir="LTR">,PubMed,</span> &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">Science</span><span dir="LTR">Direct</span><span dir="LTR">, Scopus, google Scholar, SID, MagIran</span> مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت جستجو از دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی استفاده شد. به این منظور از کلمات کلیدی روابط بین حرفه ای، همکاری، مشارکت، پرستاران و پزشکان در منابع فارسی و <span dir="LTR">interdisciplinary relations</span>، <span dir="LTR">collaboration</span>، <span dir="LTR">relationship</span>،<span dir="LTR">and </span><span dir="LTR">Doctors physicians</span> در منابع انگلیسی و معادل های <span dir="LTR">MESH</span>&nbsp; آن،&nbsp; با استفاده از عملگرهای <span dir="LTR">AND</span> و <span dir="LTR">OR</span> تعیین گردید. انجام پژوهش در ایران معیار اصلی ورود به مطالعه بود. مطالعاتی که ارتباط بین حرفه ای پرستار و پزشک در ایران را مورد پژوهش قرار داده بودند. پس از ارزیابی کیفیت مقالات15 پژوهش واجد شرایط شناخته و به مطالعه وارد شدند. <span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان دادکه 61.53% مطالعات، میزان ارتباط بین پرستاران و پزشکان را خوب و 38.5% مطالعات میزان ارتباط و را درحد متوسط گزارش کردند. جنسیت، سابقه کاری، نوع بخش، درک ناکافی از الگوهای ارتباطی و پذیرش نقش سلطه گری پزشکان از عوامل موثر در برقراری ارتباط بین حرفه ای پزشکان و پرستاران بوده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> برای بهبود ارتباط حرفه ای پزشک و پرستار نیاز به تغییراتی است که این تغییرات شامل توجه بیشتر به نقش های حرفه ای و استقلال پرستاران، گنجاندن دروس بین حرفه ای در برنامه درسی پزشکی و پرستاری و ایجاد روحیه کار تیمی در پزشکان و پرستاران می باشد. <br> <strong>Background</strong> : Nurse-physician professional communication is one of the most important factors to performance of the healthcare system and the quality of care delivered to the patient. This study aimed to conduct a review of the literature to evaluate Interdisciplinary relationship between nurses and physicians in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review, the articles published between 2008- 2018 were examined through PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct<span dir="RTL">و</span> Google Scholar, SID, MagIran. The search was done in both Persian and English languages. For this purpose, the keywords of professional relationships, collaboration, participation, nurses and doctors in Persian sources and interdisciplinary relations, cooperation, relationships, and Doctors physicians were determined in English sources using MESH. Research in Iran was the main criterion for entering the study. After evaluating the entry criteria and quality of articles, 13 eligible studies were recognized and entered into the study.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that 61.53% of the studies reported good communication between nurses and physicians and 38.5% reported moderate levels of communication. Gender, work experience, type of department, inadequate understanding of communication patterns and acceptance of the role of physicianschr(&#39;39&#39;) domination are among the factors influencing communication between the professions of doctors and nurses.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> In order to improve the professional communication between physicians and nurses, changes need to be made, including greater attention to professional roles and nurseschr(&#39;39&#39;) autonomy, the inclusion of professional courses in medical and nursing curriculum, and the creation of work team spirit in physicians and nurses. ارتباط بین حرفه ای, پزشکان, پرستاران.
