Material & Methods: This is an applied, descriptive-analytical study was carried out in Zanjan governmental hospitals. A number of 266 nurses were enrolled as the sample size using Cochran formula. Brooks and Anderson's (2005) quality of work life survey, Ghasemzadeh et al. (2015) questionarie for professional ethics were used to collect data. Moreover, another questionnaire was designed for assessing moral values. The content validity of questionarie was assessed using expert's opinions and its reliability was tested by Cronbach alpha. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM methodology) and SmartPLS2 software were used in data analysis.
Results: Organizational ethical values showed a positive and significant effect on the QWL (B=0.376, t=4.365) and professional ethics (B=0.479, t=7.479). However, no significant relationship was observed between the QWL and professional ethics (B=0.038, t=0.420). Moreover, the mediating role of professional ethics in relation to the QWL and organizational ethical values was not confirmed (t<1.96) in this study.
Conclusion: Based on the results, the ethical values positively affect the QWL among nurses. Therefore, decision makers and hospital managers can design and implement strategies foster and enhance ethical climates to increase nurses' commitment and satisfaction.

Background: The rapid worldwide emergence of the SARS-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), the cause of COVID-19, has resulted in a global health emergency. It has been shown that the rate of mortality is significantly higher among patients with preexisting conditions, including those with heart failure. Therefore, at this time, special healthcare should be adopted for patients with heart diseases or those who underwent heart bypass surgery to reduce their infection rate or anxiety of being infected with SARS-CoV-2. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of remote monitoring and supervision on medical adherence of patients who underwent heart bypass surgery to reduce their infection rate and stress of being infected with SARS-CoV-2.
Methods: The study was of a quasi-experimental type with control group. The participants were 10 patients with coronary artery bypass graft surgery who assigned into two groups of intervention (n=5) and control (n=5). The data were collected using demographic questionnaire, Beigi diet adherence questionnaire (2012), a researcher-made questionnaire for evaluation of the preventive measures to combat with SARS-CoV-2 infection, and a COVID-19 Anxiety questionnaire developed by the researcher. The analysis of data was performed by independent t-test and chi-square (x2) using SPSS software. A.
Result: Our results showed no significant difference before intervention between two groups, however after 10 sessions of educational intervention, significant changes (p ≤0.005) were observed in terms of adherence to prescribed medications and dietary regimen, physical activity as well as willingness to follow care advice, between intervention and control group. Moreover, patients who received educational interventions had significantly low anxiety scores.
Conclusion: According to the findings, at the current critical juncture in the worldwide spread of COVID-19, providing remote monitoring and supervision on medical adherence could essentially be useful for patients with heart failure or those with other preexisting conditions who are extremely at risk.

Introduction: High stress and frequent exposure of nurses with painful and painful conditions in the workplace can lead to traumatic stress. Organizational trauma Theory is one of the latest topics in the organizational field which examines the impact of mental and emotional impact on the organization and its effects on individual and organizational performance.
Methods: This is an applied and descriptive study and has been performed by survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 218 nurses working in governmental hospitals of Golestan University of Medical Sciences. The main instrument for data collection was three Standard Trauma Inventory questionnaires, Vivan et al. (2015); Emotional Intelligence, Vesinger (2000); and Job Performance, Paterson's (1989). Their reliability and validity by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.87, 0.78 and 0.75 respectively and Structural equations’ modeling was used to analyze research data with Smart-PLS software.
Results: According to the results, the negative effect of organizational trauma on emotional intelligence was not confirmed (β= -0.258, T= 1.720). The results of the research show that organizational trauma has a negative and significant effect on the nurses' job performance (β= -0.347, T= 5.440). Also, there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance of nurses with a β= 0.432 and a test statistic 7.355.
Conclusion: In order to findings suggests that nursing managers, in the face of such a phenomenon, first accept the reality of the organization, instead of denying reality or escaping from it, they would think and seek to resolve it. In the next step, the creation of work teams and the use of autonomous working groups, Little formalization, and decentralization in decision making and promoting the culture of success for better performance in the nursing complex are important for the management of mental attacks.

Introduction: Self-compassion means being affected by one's own suffering and accepting it, the tendency to relieve one's suffering and to treat yourself kindly. In compassion, instead of thinking about yourself, you need to know how to be yourself and how to treat yourself, especially when faced with adversity and failure. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work-family conflict and resilience with nurses' self-compassion. Material & Methods: This research is a descriptive-correlation research with applied nature in 2020. Statistical population including nurses of Shiraz private hospitals and sample size was calculated using Cochran formula of 143 patients. Samples were selected using simple random sampling. In this study, a total of 18 researcher-made questionnaires were presented, of which 6 were related to work-family conflict variable, 7 were resiliency, and 5 were self-compassion, whose validity and reliability were confirmed; also for data analysis from networks Artificial neural and Spearman tests were used. Finding: The mean scores of nurses' evaluation of work-family conflict were 4.56 out of 5 with a standard deviation of 1.1986, resilience 4.38 with a standard deviation of 1.2032, and self-compassion 4.73 with a standard deviation of 1.0967. Compassion has the highest score. According to neural network analysis, the importance of affecting the independent variables of work-family conflict and resilience on self-efficacy was 31% and 69%, respectively. Conclusion: Conflict between work and family and resiliency have a positive impact. Increased self-compassion can be a good facilitator of enduring daily stresses, conflicts and pressures, and can be a positive and effective factor in increasing efficiency and productivity.
