Introduction: Staff of emergency medical services (EMS) are the first health personnel who experiencing stressful situations and this is resulting to burnout. So, identifying risk factors in them are important.
Aim: This study was done for assessing level of burnout among emergency medical services (EMS) staff in 2016.

statistical tests.
Results: The findings showed that majority of samples were in range (25 to 30) years old and majority were married. They had work experiences between 3-8 years and their work hours (50%) in months were between (200-250) hours. The mean score burnout was (65.31 ± 12.26) that the lowest amount in participants was 38 and the maximum amount was 90. The mean score emotional
exhaustion was (20.25 ± 7.91), depersonalization (10.97 ± 5.41), loss of personal accomplishment (32.08 ± 8.67) that all of them based on Maslach Burnout Inventory were estimated level of mild.
