The Role of Charismatic rhetoric Leadership on the turnover intentions of nurses during Covid-19: An Analysis of the Effects of affective Commitment to Change and Organizational Identification Abstract:

Introduction: Employees in organizations with low identity do not feel integrated with the organization and are psychologically separated from the organization, and therefore do not have the internal motivation to perform tasks related to change or make necessary adjustmentsThe purpose of this research was to investigate the The Role of Charismatic Leadership rhetoric on the turnover intentions of nurses during Covid-19: An Analysis of the Effects of affective Commitment to Change and Organizational Identification (Case Study: Isfahan Khorshid Hospital). Methods: This research was applied and the research method was a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research was all the nurses of Khurshid Hospital, Isfahan, numbering 445 people. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 210 people and the random sampling method was simple. The data collection tool in this research was a standard questionnaire. In order to test the hypotheses, the structural equation model and SmartPLS version 2 and SPSS version 19 software were used. Results: : The results of data analysis showed that Charismatic Leadership rhetoric has an inverse and significant effect on turnover intentions nurses of Khurshid Hospital during the Corona era. Charismatic Leadership rhetoric has a significant effect on the turnover intentions with the mediating role of affective Commitment to Change the nurses of Khurshid Hospital in the era of Corona. Charismatic Leadership rhetoric does not have a significant effect on the turnover intentions by adjusting the organizational Identification of nurses at Khurshid Hospital in the era of Corona. Conclusions:Regarding organizational changes,when senior leaders share a sense of vision,enthusiasm and care,they see an increase in cooperation and support of employees in organizational changes.
