Introduction: Work Engagement with direct and indirect jobs influences nurses' productivity. In the meantime, spiritual experience from the spiritual workplace can play a significant role in nurse job engagement. Aim: purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spirituality workplace on the work engagement with the mediation of will- being nurses in Pasargad Hospital nurses. Material and Methods: The research method is descriptive- survey . The statistical population consisted of 195 nurses of Pasargad Hospital. Among the statistical population, 130 people were selected by random sampling method based on Cochran's correlation with 5% error and the Likert spectrum questionnaire was collected. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha in the range of (0.811-0.935). To analyze the research data, structural equation modeling using SMART-PLS software was used.
Results: The results of the research show that there is a positive effect between the components of spirituality workplace and the Work engagement of nurses of Pasargad Hospital. Among the components of spirituality in the workplace, the sense of community (coefficient β = 0/922) has the greatest impact. Also, among the components of spirituality workplace, through the mediation of nurses will-being, there was a positive effect on Work engagement of nurses' occupations in Pasargad Hospital. Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, by creating a spiritual workplace and spiritual experience in newly employed nurses, it is possible to increase their engagement jobs, thereby increasing the efficiency of human capital. Providing operational programs by nursing managers is essential to make careful attention to nursing years of primary care.
