Introduction: The core of the nursing care is caring behavior. So, recognizing and determining impact factors on nurses’ caring behavior in hospitals as a services organization is very important.

The instruments for data gathering were 4 questionnaires; ethical behavior questionar’s Beheshti Far (2010), caring behavior questionar’s Wolf, & etal., (1994), ethical environment questionar’s Victor & Coln (1998) and organizational loyalty questionar’s Elnomier (1990) that their validity and reliability were caculated. Inferential statistic (Pearson correlation coefficient, Path analysis and Confirmatory factor analysis) was used to analyze data using SPSS and LISERAL.
