The nature and complexity of the work is such that it requires attention from different angles. The pathology dimension is significant in behavior, normality, psychology, efficiency, and so on. Because of the heterogeneity resulting from the lack of attention to these business angles, the rules and principles governing the administrative practice in the success of the office and the employee in achieving the goal are not effective.
