ارتباط بین تعهد سازمانی و صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران

مقدمه: تعهد سازمانی عامل حیاتی در دستیابی به اهداف سازمان، درک رفتار سازمانی و از عناصر مهم ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت است. از طرفی صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران، کارایی و موفقیت سازمان‌های مراقبتی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارتباط بین تعهد سازمانی و صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهشی توصیفی همبستگی در بین پرستاران یکی از بیمارستان‌های نجف آباد در سال 1394 انجام شد. به روش سرشماری تعداد 135 نفر از پرستاران وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار مطالعه فرم اطلاعات فردی، پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی (شامل حیطه‌های تعهد عاطفی، هنجاری و مستمر) و پرسشنامه صلاحیت بالینی (شامل هفت حیطه به منظور ارزیابی 73 مهارت) به شیوه خودارزیابی بود که پایایی و روایی آنها به‌ترتیب با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 79/0 و 95/0 تایید شده بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی (توزیع فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون ضریب هم بستگی پیرسون با نرم‌افزار SPSS17  تحلیل شد (0/05>P).
یافته‌ها: صلاحیت بالینی پرستاران در سطح خوب (69/11±42/74) و تعهد سازمانی آنها در سطح متوسط (77/10± 91) ارزیابی شد. تعهد سازمانی کلی با صلاحیت بالینی در حیطه‌های تضمین کیفیت (r=0/256 , p=0/002) و آموزش و راهنمایی (r=0/176, p=0/037) همبستگی مستقیمی داشت. بعلاوه تعهد عاطفی با صلاحیت بالینی کلی (r=0/170, p=0/045) و حیطه‌های تضمین کیفیت (r=0/185, p=0/028)، آموزش و راهنمایی (r=0/190, p=0/024)، و اقدامات تشخیصی (p=0/015 ، r=0/205) همبستگی مستقیمی داشت.
نتیجه‌‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های مطالعه، به مدیران پرستاری پیشنهاد می‌شود که راهکارهای لازم را برای ارتقاء تعهد عاطفی پرستاران اجرا نمایند تا کیفیت مراقبت‌های پرستاری تضمین گردد.
