Establishment of a systematic evaluation system for nurses' performance

Describe the need for a change to be detected (description of the current situation is problematic):
The staff performance evaluations were performed by the head nurses in an unformal and formal manner; the nurse completed the personnel performance evaluation checklist in the final form of the month, without having carried out an ongoing evaluation. The criteria for assessing the performance of head nurses were deliberate and evaluations were performed more mentally. Employee rewards and payouts, including non-performance measures, were not based on performance, personnel received inequity in terms of rewards and performance appraisal. Personnel were not dissatisfied with the system between the person who worked well with someone who does not work well, so they did not have the incentive to perform well.
