Introduction: One of the goals of human resource management and communication strategies is the phenomenon of organizational voice, in the sense that employees are interested in expressing ideas to participate in decision-making. The present study was conducted with the aim of phenomenological analysis of the voice challenges of the treatment department staff.
Methods: This research is applied in terms of purpose and is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological strategy that was conducted on the staff of the treatment department. 20 semi-structured interviews with open-answer questions were conducted in the treatment section.
Results: Challenges related to employees' voice were identified in the form of 49 sub- themes, and finally these variables were placed in three categories of individual, organizational and contextual themes. In this way, the categories obtained from the research were placed in the category of individual factors including 19 themes, in the category of organizational factors including 22 themes and in the category of contextual factors including 8 themes, which explained the voice of health care workers in the target community.
Conclusion: Identifying and solving challenges related to contextual, organizational and individual factors can have a great effect on facilitating employees' voices. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested that managers provide the necessary conditions for the voice of employees with appropriate policies, so as to reduce the work and psychological pressure of employees, especially in the treatment department.
