Introduction: One of the essential tasks of pre-hospital emergency workers is to document and complete the mission form using electronic and paper forms. The current study was designed with the aim of determining the level of satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency operatives in using electronic registration and reporting forms. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 88 operatives of pre-hospital emergency room in Saveh city in 1402-1401. The samples were included in the study based on the inclusion criteria and by census. The data collection tool included a demographic information questionnaire and a researcher-made satisfaction questionnaire of electronic registration and reporting forms. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS version 23 software. Results: The mean and standard deviation of the total satisfaction score of the samples with the electronic registration and reporting forms (Asayar program) were 81.12 and 12.46, respectively, which were significantly (p<0.001) higher than the average. Among the dimensions of the questionnaire, the speed of recording information, ease of use, and comprehensiveness respectively received the highest satisfaction scores. The satisfaction of employees in the access dimension was lower than in other dimensions. Conclusion: The level of satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency operatives with electronic registration and reporting forms (Asayar program) has been optimal.
