Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data using SPSS23 and Smart Pls3.5 software.
Results: The results of research hypotheses showed that the person-organization fit with the amount of test statistics (6.389) and path coefficient (0.557) has a positive and significant effect on organizational sociability of nurses. The person-organization fit with the amount of test statistics (0.311) and path coefficient (0.045) has no significant effect on nurses' responsibility.
