The statistical population included 180 nurses of Pasargad hospital in Tehran in 1402. 123 people were selected from the statistical population by simple random sampling method and standard questionnaires were used to collect data and their reliability and validity were confirmed. Questionnaires were distributed among the nurses of different parts of the hospital within three days and after ten days they were referred to collect them. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the research data using SMART-PLS software.
Findings: Oneness behaviors (t=413.3, β=0.324) and religiosity (t=2.810, β=0.262) have a positive and significant effect on nurses' happiness. Also, oneness behaviors and religiosity through mindfulness also increase the happiness of nurses. According to the vaf index, 25.6 percent of the effects of oneness behaviors on happiness are through the mediation of mindfulness, which is 31.9 percent in the index related to religiosity.
